Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is in unworn and unwashed condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once our warehouse inspects the goods.
